There is no reason for a person to have a gun that can not be registered. If you can't register it, you don't need it.

Guns should only be feared by criminals. Our justice system has protected criminals and prosecuted Hero's.
No where in the Constitution is a requirement for a serial number on a weapon. The requirement for serial numbers on firearms began in 1958, and only applied to licensed manufacturers and importers. Firearms made before the Gun Control Act of 1968 do not need to be marked with a serial number.

I dont see exceptions for ghost weapons in the constitution. "Shall not be infringed" does not include exceptions.

The feds will use this case to fundamentally alter the 2A without a constitutional amendment while hunter faces no consequences. The DOJ, ATF, and DOE must be abolished.
