Short term temporary situation that most of us have been through more times than we care to remember. At least we do not have shortages and lines, like we did in the 1970's.

I always do the opposite of what I'm supposed to do. In-fact, i have been driving and traveling more.

Like many other states, rural crossings have no guards/lights and have poor visibility of the tracks, due to trees and/or physical land features. People just have to be vigilant and observe before crossing. The crossings will not be improved.
