Like many other states, rural crossings have no guards/lights and have poor visibility of the tracks, due to trees and/or physical land features. People just have to be vigilant and observe before crossing. The crossings will not be improved.
Short term temporary situation that most of us have been through more times than we care to remember.
At least we do not have shortages and lines, like we did in the 1970's.
