Speed rules. Someone will take a chance on him.

It shouldn't, but it will. The Saints seem besotted by him anyway, so they'd likely take him at 31.

This kid has pedigree. Nothing says I am a future Pro Bowler like my dad was.

Someone always moves up a round based on a speedy 40

Because there is a drop-off after the 3rd WR in this draft and teams are ok with taking chances at WR based on talent at the bottom of the first.

I don't care how fast he runs. The tape shows that he can't catch and his route running is terrible. He's a round 3 prospect. All he can do is run 9 routes and even then he would only catch 50% of those balls because his hands are soo bad.

He has a 14% drop rate. 14% gets you 3 rd consideration regardless of speed. Its DHB all over again.

There was a reason he was the 3rd option in UCF offense at one point. Game tape, says otherwise.

So many receivers better than him this year that won't even make the first round. Jaelen Strong > Perriman

The reality is the tape shows he's a football player whom needs a great deal of work; speed is great but it's not the only part of being in the league.

Still has to catch the ball consistently well and too much other talent at WR this year.

Deep WR draft will keep him in the 2nd round.

If I don't trust a player that only flashes AFTER the season, then NFL teams won't either.

Speed is not the only attribute.
