4-day work week has more benefits for us physically and mentally. 5-day work week plus overtime work is just a pain.
Replyhigher pay, less days, more days for your life. sadly prob will never be the norm
Replymore work does not equate to more money- smart work does. When you have balance in your life, the ability to work smarter rather than harder becomes more attainable.
