First of all I would test vaccinated people since vaccinated people also carry the same amount of delta variant virus. As for children yes because they can't get vaccinated.

I'm always worried about viruses of all kinds infecting school aged kids. Schools are like Petrie dishes when it comes to flu, colds, etc. Enrolling our teen into online school is one of the best things we have done. Also so our teen doesn't have to worry about wearing a mask.
