todoroki would definitely win the fight

Zuko may be able to defend himself by bending Shoto's fire to a certain extent, but I doubt he could do much against moves like flash-freeze heatwave. Zuko can redirect lightning but he, unfortunately, couldn't learn how to generate it. And Shoto has resistance to fire, can regulate his temperature.

He has more training in actual fights and has two powers and a wider range of skills compared to Zuko.

This one is tough but I don't think that zuko has enough firepower to win. However, if he can land his lightning attack then GG Todoroki.

the powers in MHA are just so much more powerful I don't think atla characters could hang. Aside from avatar state aang anyways. Maaayybbe zuko could put up a fight during sozins comet though... unless it boosted todoroki too
