I started using it in my cooking because of the high smoke point, and now i use it for a lot of things on this list. Now i have even more uses for it!

Love coconut shortening for deep frying. Because of the high smoke tolerance. Please note this is the shortening. I use extra virgin olive oil for most other things.

even though it has its ups and downs, it’s peak is for sure better than parks and rec. also it has a way more satisfying Finale and Michael Scott is the best
