Funded completely. No restrictions to mail or parcels. It's not a business, it's a government agency. If we're that worried about funds we can allow the USPS to run a Credit Union and provide banking.
ReplyNo one expects the post office to make money but it needs a new vision - raise the price of stamps, cut off Saturday mail and push some parcel delivery to UPS and FedEx
ReplyFunded but totally revamped. Letters only. Weekday deliveries only. No parcels and no subcontracting for others. Must operate a balanced budget.
