Way too much room for fraud and unnecessary time off putting a burden on your employer and fellow workers. Why should I have to pay for people to take off work?

Especially for mental health or injury
ReplyI have no problem with it. Many other countries recognize the importance of leave for certain situations and have long-instituted laws allowing it. The US is so work-oriented, people burn out or lose their job when they need to take leave.
