Colleges use placement tests for college level rarely met by state HS standard tests SAT/ACT only comparable HS test across US. Useful only for competitive admit only. Flaw: Top scores based on content that will be taught in univ, doesn't predict completion nor prep for unrelated programs

They should be removed with another test that truly demonstrates their understanding on topics Math, Reading, science, and history at the end of Junior or senior year. The SAT is for profit and multiple choice, not good as a exam indicator of proficientcy.

Its a standard for a reason. Especially for the US, where public high-school graduates are reading around an 8th grade level. Letter grades are not indicative of quality of the content.

Not only do I not like this map, I don't like the way they split Boone County in half last time either. Kehoe is wrong. Nothing this legislature does represents me and my values.

Don’t like politicians pushing the constitution aside to further their Trump led political agenda!

This seems like a political form of "bike shedding". Instead of focusing on important conservative legislation, lets move around lines on a map and pretend it makes some kind of improvement in Missourian's lives.
