An indictment is simply an accusation. Uh, "Guilty until PROVEN innocent"...wasn't that the original intent of the judicial system??!! The news press is so Dem, it doesn't surprise me of the foolishness of a lot of these types of questions, though. [[eye roll]]

This is no different from the State of Texas vaccination records database. Keep that private even if an individual receives care via the public system.

OMG. So many reasons. Not sure if it's mandatory but nobody wants politicians to access our private health. That's between us and our doctors. Also, something similar was done in the Adolf Mustache Man days and we know what happened then. No repeat please!
