The only “rolling” the taxpayers should be worried about is the lack of traffic staying “rolling” thanks to the overeducated incompetence of UM engineering school grads who can’t fix the roads or make the stoplights work right for individuals.

How am I supposed to be able to drive there on crumbling roads and bridges that the state “has no money to fix” after the Missouri taxpayers just got done paying UM’s $100k football fine and their $80m luxury stadium suites? I’m talking to you MoDOT engineer UM graduates! How ‘bout you explain that?

I say the fine wasn't big enough. $100K is barely a slap on the wrist for Mizzou (or any college) sports. If the SEC really cared about this sort of thing, fine the school $100K for every individual on the field. Then make the fine due the day after with $100K for every day the fine is late.

Remember this fine next time you call MoDOT to complain about a crumbling road or a pothole or a stoplight that doesn’t work and the UM engineering school grad who answers the phone tells you the state has no money in the budget to fix that crap. UM grads need to have their paychecks docked for this
