No doubt in my mind that's Lady Loki under that hood, but that doesn't mean Kang isn't in the mix, I think she might be working for him, something we saw our Loki do with the last Big Bad of the MCU.

I had to go to Youtube to look more into this! Turns out that the rap sheet with Loki's mugshot showed his gender as being fluid. This is super interesting.. It's even more interesting that she's being described as a serious threat and he's not.

I don't love unconditionally anyone who purposely tries to hurt me or my friends and family. Unfortunately family members are the biggest culprits. Their words and actions are intended to hurt even when they say, "I'm only trying to help." Or "Don't be so sensitive." Blood doesn't make a family
