The teachers that are being transferred are part of the back bone of the school. This is one of the highest academic performing schools in the state of Oregon. The choice and timing of the transfers seems punitive and political.

This is SOOOO BOGUS!! Mr. Kissel and Mr. Maber were allowed to quietly "step down" and transfer to another district, thus allowing their respective resumes to stay intact. Ms. Green, Ms. Vickery, and Ms. Erikson were the victims of a HATCHET JOB and impossible to replace. SHAME ON THOSE GUYS!

This is SOOOO BOGUS! Mr. Kissel and Mr. Maber were "allowed to step down" from their respective positions, thus leaving their resumes more-or-less "intact". Ms. Green, Ms. Erikson, and Ms Vickery were the victims of a vindictive HATCHET JOB, and they will not be able to be replaced at Highland.

Seems unfair and disruptive, totally counter productive! Its a lose, lose!

Actually disagree with most decisions of any agency in Bend, including this one.

If you don't like it get your kids out of the public school.and homeschool them, what schools are teaching them is ridiculous anymore
