They affirmed non discrimination. They did not strike down anything. They affirmed that colleges can't disciminate Based on race. They ended one of the more blatant forms of discrimination.

Absolutely, and so do six Honorable Justices.

Giving preferential treatment for position, to a singular race or group is exactly what we're trying to improve. By continuing to allow such things as Affirmative Action, we perpetuate the age-old problem of raising one class above others. Neither justice or equality served in allowing it to remain.

We, as a Country should be beyond racisum at this point, the only reason it still exists is because we keep it alive by always talking about it, conversation doesn't always fix these types of problems. We have the laws in place, enforce them!

I believed that ONLY the interest payments should be forgiven with NO future interest payments applied...!!! Therefore, it should be only an interest free loan. There should be a requirement to pay back the principal ONLY...!!!
