The situation in the middle east and the subsequent formation of ISIS is directly correlated to the regions instability. Both Presidents GW Bush, Obama and the world play a part in this instability (ex. removal of Saddam Huessein)

All the credible evidence available indicates that ISIS is just a brand name change from al Qaeda. We sent them into Libya, and once their work was done they were sent to Syria with a name change to confuse the uninformed. Originally al Qaeda were the Muhajireen, a1978 Zbigniew Brzezinski creation.
