I think the city does to much for homeless that never lived in Bend or anywhere in Oregon some are here for the free ride provided by the city of bend at taxpayers expensive We need a new city council

In my opinion, the city of Bend waited too long to take action in regard to the huge homeless situation. Hunnell Rd. is a perfect example. As soon as broken down motorhomes and trash showed up it should have been dealt with. It's so out of control it will be almost impossible to properly address.

Create and distribute a flyer that lists other cities where the handouts are better then here (if there are any). Or at least locations that have the same great level of services but have better weather. Those who want help will stay, many of those who prefer this life style will move on.

No reasonable long term solutions...only an endless game of Wack-a-Mole chasing the homeless from one location to another. The homeless are being treated like a bunch of lepers that residents with housing hope will go away. Good luck with that.....more homeless are coming with the good weather.

Maybe by making it more enjoyable. Being homeless use to be a hardship now it's like a permeant vacation where someone else pays.

Actually no city in OR is doing enough to address this, their solution is just to throw good money after bad. Try bring back accountablity, recrimilize drugs , respect law enforcement, etc

codes have no effect. It takes enforcement which no one seems to want to get involved with.

It's just a political show. They need to get even tougher on the homeless camping before Bend ends up like Portland where no one is safe.

94% say no. Wonder if the City Council ever looks at these polls, or are they just so committed to their agendas and so sure the citizens are wrong about everything that they just don't care!

This is absolutely ridiculous. For travellers from Bend, it's too difficult to find transportation options, especially for the 5am flights to Seattle since you can berely get anywhere direct. This is nothing more than an unrealistic money grab.

PDX has covered parking for $24 a day

You can't compare RDM airport to other airports that have larger aircraft in and out. 24.00 is ridiculous. It's smarter to charge less & have more parkers than higher fees and fewer cars parking there.

Hell no, PDX is $12.00 a day.

It was stated that Eugene charges $27. But they have 3 different parking options. Short term at $27, Long term at $16, and Economy at $10. We don't have those options in RDM. PDX has the same 3 options. Short term $30, Long term $24, Economy $15. The airport rep is skewing the facts!

My trip to go see my 99 year old mom in Wisconsin is already outrageously expensive. I don't care if the Redmond Airport expands or not, it works just fine right now, in my opinion. This is a 62% increase in the cost and that's absurd! This is another money suck from the consumer. I vote no!

$24 a day is ridiculous. There is NO reason why it needs to be that high.

We are being nickle and dime to the brink. I'm going to take this opportunity to say to all Redmond residents. Stop voting in things that increases our property tax.

I'm also tired of hearing airliners fly over my house and vibrating things on my walls.

Larger airports have better facilities for less. Much better to just get a ride to the airport.

Parking shouldn't be funding the airport, just upkeep and expansion of parking services.

Why don’t they put a higher price tag on the closer lots and offer offsite cheaper parking. This would offer everyone a good option not just people who have more money.
