It's not a question of recount, the question is about were all the ballots counted legal.

I worked on Election Day as a poll worker and I participated in counting the number of ballots cast in electronic voting hand written voting and provisional voting and we stayed until all the ballots were equal within the total ballot slips. I have more respect for the voting process.

Too many documented irregularities to certify, especially in Maricopa County.
