We do not have the infrastructure to support this many homes. How will the failing sewer system handle this much influx? How will traffic be taken care of? Too many UNANSWERED QUESTIONS.

If BOS approves, it sets a precedent for large parcels to be rezoned to residential without considering the actual facts of the lack of negligent infrastructure in the Foothills and understaffed law enforcement as examples. This parcel is in a FEMA flood plain to add to the challenges.
