Maybe the threat of criminal charges will stop some of this stupidity and save lives from being permanently ruined or ended altogether.

If this was someone giving another person a dose of heroine and that person died then there would be murder charges

Someone gave this man enough alcohol to nearly kill him. He may never be normal again. If I buy a single beer at a convenience store for an underage kid or even a pack of smokes I would be charged. This man was under 21 years of age. You liberals should put your collective minds together and decide.

Nothing in the question referenced being liberal or conservative. Or abortion for that matter. Why bring it up? As for the question, I too think all parties involved need to be held responsible for this. Charge them all to the fullest extent possible.

2nd Amendment rights are protected in Missouri...The worst mass shootings happen in no-carry zones.

A gun in your trunk won`t offer much protection. If you want to protect yourself conceal/carry is the way to go

I believe that evil is everywhere. Everyone deserves the right to be protected, even all students. Guns are just tools, it's the person behind the tool that determines how it is used!

By no means am I a gun advocate, but I do think having one in your vehicle is ok. Especially in Columbia. That place is fast becoming a toilet full of scum.

I support the 2nd amendment. Also Missouri is a constitutional carry state. It has been proven time and time again that where the law abiding public are allowed to legally carry guns then violent criminal activity is significantly reduced. Criminals say gun control makes it easier to commit crime

I feel college age adults, especially males, are still struggling with their critical thinking skills in relation to their emotions. College students have many stresses, personal and college coursework. Guns do not provide protection, they increase the likely hood of gun violence

Having that easy of access to guns doesn't give people time to calm down before reacting to situations.

My son-in-law works on campus as a teacher. He should not have to worry about whether he comes home to my daughter at the end of a work day. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to bring a gun to a school campus. Period.

Does that include policemen? I know the criminals never have guns. That would be illegal.

Far too many people have died from this virus already. Universities should comply with the federal mandates. Only by being vaccinated can we slow down this pandemic

We cannot stop the spread of COVID-19 without being vaccinated. Vaccine mandates have been around in this country for many years, and as many deaths that have been caused by COVID-19 I don't understand why there's so much animosity towards getting the vaccine to stop these senseless deaths.

750,000 covid deaths in the US, with population of 331,000,000 people. 5,000,000 covid deaths in the world, with population of 7,900,000,000 people. Why would we have four times the death rate in a modern nation with good medical care, than third world countries? Because it is a lie. That's why.

Sensible people use the science and the real data. Liberals use the lie-ence and fake data. Real numbers don't lie.

Freedom of choice, also the vaccines are far less effective than previously thought, they mostly are experimental still and there are side effects. Why mandate free will for choices that can affect our personal bodily future health?

Vaccines save lives! Period!!! I'm vaccinated and yes, I got covid-19. I had a very bad case of it. Had I not git the vaccine, chances are I'd be DEAD! Vaccines don't guarantee you won't get covid. They sure can reduce the symptoms and save your life though.
