Putin is stupid enough, but his handlers won't allow it, because it would destroy the whole country, and everyone in it. Same goes for Biden.

Like all wars this is a sad one. Many innocent people dying, but this war serves two purposes. First it draws attention away from Biden's failures and second it is a vehicle for Biden to launder our tax money into his personal overseas accounts.
