American's are in dire need. Using last years returns don't work either. Our year has been extremely short of income due to COVID but we won't qualify for this help because last year we made to much.

If they're going to put limits on businesses and some people losing their jobs, then wouldn't the stimulus help everyone keep money in the community.

A package should go to all employers to continue the pay and health insurance for those who were or are employed. This way taxes keep getting paid back to the government while we try to get this mess under control. No one would be losing out and companies would be sustainable.
