i dont feel like 1917 was meant to be shot the way it was. the way joker was directed and the way it took the storyline back & forth at times gives phillips an advantage

parasite would be the first international film to take this award so its not like it has 0 chance but there are other more well-known films that came out this year that have a better chance at winning
