Unless there is some sort of public health hazard, government has no business in destroying private property. Being an 'eye sore' doesn't cut it.

An exit is being added to the freeway and a small section of one of our streets is being repaired. I wish more of that street were being repaired.

I live out in the boonies. Last time there was any kind of construction was a barn raising by my neighbors across the road about 10 years ago.

NOPE! I Live In Minnesota So Our City Workers Are Busy Filling Potholes That Feel Like They Could Swollow Your Car

There are some roads that could use it though. Others have been resurfaced in recent years. Winters are tough up here!
