Russell Wilson is past his glory days with the Seattle Seahawks. His one Super Bowl title is probably all he's going to get unless he signs on with a different team. Although not horrible, he's had a couple of down years since leading the Seahawks to the promised land. No one will ever forget the interception he threw in the waning moments against the Patriots, because that Super Bowl belonged to the 'Hawks until that point. Wilson should try something different, and baseball is perfect. He grew up a Yankees fan. If Tim Tebow can do it, so can Wilson.

Russell Wilson should stick with football. He's only 29 and has 10 good years of football left in him if he stays healthy. He won a Super Bowl and then came oh-so-close to winning a second. Wilson is still one of the top passers in the NFL, he just needs the right people around him to take Seattle back to the big game. The fans in the Pacific Northwest are the loudest in the NFL, and Wilson isn't going to give that up anytime soon. His time with the Rangers and Yankees is purely a publicity stunt, and he's not serious about playing professional baseball despite Tim Tebow's transition.
