when Superman doesn't hold back he even makes dark seid terrified so if he didn't hold back I believe he would mess up the hulk

I think Superman could keep his distance, use the laser eyes, and/or outwit him.

Hulk's main weakness is getting knocked out. Supeman should handle that before he gets too angry.
