Unfortunately, the unions aren't what they once were. Union at JC allowed the company take away the retirement for new employees. Unions are all about the dues!

If union representation and negotiating are a bad thing for workers, than why do corporations spend millions to destroy them? Answer me that grasshoppers, hmm.
