Prices were so low in 2020, and much of 2021 due to the pandemic. As more people were vaccinated and places opened up, demand and price skyrocketed.

Mail-in voting is the only option for many people to vote if they are disabled, stationed overseas, otherwise out of town, sick, elderly, etc. And it's so handy for everyone!
