I voted no because the libertarian in me thinks people have a right to do anything with their bodies the want to without government interference or people looking down on them.

I am not for the aggression suggested by using War in the name.

Department of War implies that we are aggressors starting wars, while Department of Defense implies that we will fend off aggressors to maintain peace. I much prefer the latter.
