Fair trade is what we are after. But, I think it is an ongoing process and to just rip off the band aid is not the way I would have done it because it has upset the markets in a such a negative way. Skilled negotiation is still the best way to accomplish what you desire.

They are cool but we live close to the base and it really does rattle the windows and walls of our house along with widening the cracks in our courtyard. Really wish insurance would cover the damage
