The ship's security should have done something sooner to prevent the brawl. There were already reports of people on board causing trouble, then security guards got into a fight ...

The ship's security should have done something sooner to prevent the brawl. There were already reports of people on board causing trouble, then security guards got into a fight with some of the passengers. The melee on board could have been stopped before it started had security listened to reports of bullying before the major brawl started.
