Only a handful of candidates have a real chance to win the nomination for the Democratic Party. All the other candidates should drop out so voters can choose between the top four or five candidates. Twenty people is too many to choose between.

It is still too early for candidates to start dropping out. Voters need to learn about the policies of the different candidates. If the minor candidates drop out, it becomes merely a race between the candidates with name recognition. A presidential primary should not be just a popularity contest.
