Entrepreneurs have a drive that is personality based. A desire to change the world, be successful and win. They are taught how to achieve those goals through experience but the drive is born in them.
ReplyThe knowledge needed for success is attainable. It’s the personality- risk taking, vision, work ethic- that comes from the hard wiring.
ReplyImagination and creativity isn’t something that can be taught by books. Entrepreneurs aren’t born great entrepreneurs, that must be taught, but the fundamental idea is something that you are born with
ReplyYou can learn business, but the first part of being an entrepreneur is having histle and to know when you are be hustled. Someone sold you entrepreneurship and you paid upwards of 6 figures.

ReplyWhile certain personality traits may come easier than others, with help, anyone can become more focused, driven and self- assured. I’m a life coach and have seen this come to be with needed support
ReplyThe answer is probably 'Both' but with the fast changing economy and vertical sectors like technology, if you aren't constantly learning you will be passed by.
ReplyThe grit factor is created by lots of little "wins. As entrepreneurs learn market validation, product market fit, initial.. Etc. They start to become more empowered to create a sustainable business.
ReplyGenetics are inherent, but the ability and decision to learn and be innovative are learned through environments, peers, role models, inspirations...
