There is not enough inventory, combined with apartments costing so much. This doesn't seem to be an '07 / '08 bubble where unqualified people were able to buy houses they shouldn't have been allowed into. There is just not enough flavorful houses available IMO

Yes, every house seems to sell the same day and for 20% over asking price.
