Will this incentive speed up the construction of the wall?

The President suggest to use eminent domain and relaxing environmental requirements to speed up the building of the wall. This makes good sense. It is imperative to build the wall as fast as we can.
ReplyThis wall should of been built years ago and most of the illegal crossings and drugs would not be going on today.
