Whether before or after I feel the damage is already done. Most people are already burning through their savings, emergency money etc. I think both parties need to make a decision 4 the benefit of all

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
