Employee fired, restaurant get a heavy fine and customer should be compensated very well. This is the only way they will make sure it won't happen again.

No. It’s an isolated incident of incompetence by an employee. Fire the employee., Refresh train all cooks, compensate the little girl and move on.

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
