Who he is means nothing at an accident scene. He is just another driver. He tried to tell them who he was and why he had more rights than others. He doesn't listen. Maybe he should have shut up and listened. Any one else would have been arrested to.

As a corrections officer at a U.S. Marshall prison we use non lethal methods. These officers out numbered the subject, he didn't pose a threat, just because he had a knife wasn't warranted to use lethal force. They could have used tear gas, bean bag amo
