YES-if in middle school/junior high(6th grade) and above. below this age then the parents are to be charged as well as the "child" but in juvenile court vice adult court.

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
