The parents of each district should have some influence on the process so if the school itself doesn’t have control then no one has input

Biden average over 5 years exceeded 16 % with one year alone almost 10%. Trump 45 keep inflation below 3% and Trump 47 is averaging slightly above 3%. Which by the way is about historical average .Exception was WW1, WW2 KOREAN and Viet Nam years
