A curfew in Yuma...... Really, what would that accomplish? We have no issue with riots. This really isn't a "Hot bed" of clubs and wild parties. Why add another thing to the plates of our law enforcement agencies.

As a retired Sailor, I remember the oath I swore too and of course every veteran knows you don’t have to follow unlawful orders.
