They will work, but they need to fill the base containers with either sand or cement blocks to keep them from toppling over in strong winds.

Because it was wrong to be classified along with heroin and hard drugs back then and it wrong now. States have finally began decriminalizing it, and so should feds. Detractors claim it ruins lives. I would respond that it is the criminalizing of it that ruins lives (in the land of the free)
