People either get it or they don't. Catching COVID-19 is probably as easy as Catching a cold but with much more serious consequences.

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
