There is a process that has to be done throughout the world. People cannot show up at the border, call the guards racist and demand to be allowed in.

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
