Nothing will completely stop illegal immigration, smuggling or human trafficking BUT filling in the gaps will make a lot harder

This coming out 30 yrs after the events? Anything to discourage others for stepping up to do humanitarian acts! It shows he was human, didn't walk on water...but he worked tireless for workers rights for the field workers over the years and a better life for their families and the future.
