5 years without a contract would not fly in any other profession/workplace... COVID should have taught us to value our teachers more, we should pay our teachers more!

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
