After serving on a grand jury here in Yuma I was shocked by how much illegal drugs were caught at the check point near Telegraph pass.

Over $100,000,000 to be spent not on an immigration station, a check point. This is need less spending that should be invested in our veterans, homeless and sick. What is next? Carrying my passport to leave Yuma County? What gives the right for immigration to stop my vehicle, my skin color?

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
