Do you agree with SCOTUS ruling on a policy saying the U.S. can turn away asylum seekers?

People should apply from outside of the US, then if accepted they can come into the US. Otherwise, if their case is denied, the refuse to leave and stay anyway. Sometimes it’s ten or 20 years before they are caught in the US illegally. By then, they usually have USC children who were born here.
