Whats the point of having a wall, if thers no good legislation and the laws aren't enforced. Border patrol need man power and technology not a wall. Priorities.

Biden average over 5 years exceeded 16 % with one year alone almost 10%. Trump 45 keep inflation below 3% and Trump 47 is averaging slightly above 3%. Which by the way is about historical average .Exception was WW1, WW2 KOREAN and Viet Nam years
