A transcript is a brief of a larger document. How can a half-lie deny the whole truth? The presidency is above ALL political parties. There is NO comparison that can excuse a president's wrong doing.

I hope the people that said no took the time to read it and not rely on the news to tell them what was in it. Than take the time to read the whistleblower complaint. He didn't ever heard the call.
